Looks like Amazon’s Kindle phone or whatever the hell they wind up calling it is set to be unveiled, right on schedule. The company took to Twitter to let the world know that June 18th in Seattle, WA CEO Jeff Bezos will unveil/launch a new ‘amazing’ device. Along w/ a video showing customers demoing the new device followed by several positive adjectives about it.
Amazon’s 3D smartphone is finally ready for the world.
Their new device is said to offer a button-less navigation UI utilizing 4 low-power infrared sensors to create a 3D effect. As far as specs, previous rumors suggest a 4.7inch 720p display, Snapdragon CPU, 2GB of RAM, running a customized version of Android, and a 16MP rear-facing shooter.
Now just a short wait to see it in all of its glory.
