Apparently, an even better Lumia camera is on the way. Its not like they need any assistance in the camera department. But it’s coming nonetheless. During the holiday weekend, Canon + Microsoft struck a patent-licensing deal where both companies have access to each other’s technology secrets.
Thanks to Canon, future Lumia cameras will be even more unbeatable.
The a joining forces could lead to a slew of possibilities of improving imaging technology. We could see things like Canon’s DIGIC image processing, maybe removable lenses, and more. Whatever the outcome will be, it will put Lumia cameras even further ahead of the competition.
