While the Moto 360 is the smartwatch by Android Wear everyone has their minds on since its unveiling, that doesn’t mean other companies aren’t working on things. Even though LG + Samsung were the 1st out the gate w/ Android Wear. That doesn’t mean they’re gonna let Motorola steal their thunder. Looks like LG had an ace up their sleeve this while time.
The folks over at Engadget were tipped off about a new wearable from LG called the G Watch R. Which is a round and more premium-looking piece for Android Wear. There’s a teaser of the device in the video below where it does flash pieces of it quickly, you can still get a good look at what it will look like.
The G Watch R is slated to make an appearance at IFA in Berlin next week. The smartwatch game is heating up as we have yet to see offering from ASUS, HTC, or Apple yet.
