Today, the wait is over. Apple’s latest mobile software iOS 8 is now available to download. It is bringing you some new features: some big, some not so much. Like a predictive keyboard as well as support for 3rd-party keyboards (like Swype, SwiftKey, Minuum,etc.), 3rd-party widgets in the notification center, time lapse + more editing in the camera app, and much more.
You’re good to go just as long as you have nothing older than a iPhone 4S, 5th-gen iPod Touch, and iPad 2. Make sure you have room though (Yes, I’m talking to you w/ 16GB iOS devices). The update weighs in at just under 2GB and don’t forget to backup your info before you begin the updating process.
