This morning at IFA 2014, Nokia opened up their entry & mid-range options a bit more w/ the unveiling 2 new Lumias. Our 1st stop is the more powerful of the 2 w/ the Lumia 830. Nokia equipped this w/ best parts of previous Lumias to make this a mid-range champion.
Lumia 930 style body, mid-range PureView optics in an affordable package.
The 830 has an 8.5mm thin metal frame + polycarbonate body like the Icon + 930 on a 5inch ClearBlack display w/ 1280 x 720 resolution, powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a 10MP PureView rear camera w/ Zeiss optics + OIS on board as well.
The Lumia 830 will launch globally this month.
