Earlier this morning, Adobe unveiled some of their new products ahead of their Max conference that kicked off this afternoon. They now have a whole suite of apps for all things iOS. Bringing you mobile versions of your desktop favorites. Now in 4 different categories: Illustration, Imaging, Video, and Creative Cloud Capture Apps.
Imaging brings you all of the photo-related solutions to mobile. Giving you access to Photoshop Sketch – freestyle drawing app, Photoshop Mix – desktop quality Photoshop manipulating on iOS, and Lightroom Mobile – high-quality photo editing now w/ a social side of commenting + sharing your photos.
Illustration offers the joys of Adobe Illustrator on a mobile scale. You have 2 apps w/ Line and Draw. Line gives you access to vector drawing tools that supports Adobe Ink and Slide accessories. Draw gives you a freehand drawing freedoms along w/ the ability to send sketches to Illustrator CC.
On the video side of things, Premiere Clip brings you a simplified version of the video editing app to mobile. Allows for adding audio, text, transitions and a few effects.
And lastly, we have the Capture Apps w/ Brush, Shape, and Color. Brush allows you to create custom brushes. Shape allows you to create shapes via vector art. Color allows you to capture colors and save them. The Capture Apps all work hand-in-hand w/ the desktop CC apps.
All apps are available today for iOS and are coming soon for Android. The apps are free add-ons for everyone w/ a Creative Cloud subscription.
