Apple’s recently unveiled phone payment system called Apple Pay, is just about ready to launch. At today’s iPad event, Apple gave it an official launch date of October 20th which is on next Monday. The payment system utilizes a combination of Touch ID and NFC to pay w/ your new iPhone 6 or 6 Plus. Developers will have access to Apple Pay to integrate into their apps as well. Apple already has AMEX, MasterCard, & Visa on board for transactions, multiple retialers to support the service, and now over 500 banks as well.
So who’s gonna be using this on day one?
