Today, Verizon announced some changes to their data plans as some are for the better and some might be for the worst. Specifically their More Everything plans that take effect today. At a quick glance, you’ll see most of the plans become cheaper but it also brings more choices in data tiers to choose from. So you now have a 6GB plan for $70, an 8GB plan for $85, a 12GB plan for $110, a 14GB plan for $120, and a 16GB plan for $130.
When we said cheaper, we meant by $10. So this makes the 1GB plan $30 instead of $40, the 4GB plan $60 instead of $70 and so forth and so on. The new plans also allows for the $25 discount for VZW Edge customers to apply for those on 6GB plan instead of 10GB as it was previously.
For those of you interested, will have to call of visit your local VZW to make changes as they won’t be automatic.
