DC is back w/ another animated movie w/ Batman Vs. Robin.  This is a direct sequel to WB + DC's Son Of Batman animated movie.  This marks the 4th movie w/ the New 52 continuity.

Picking up as Bruce and Damian are still trying to get a better feel for each other - working together as Batman & the new Robin.  This features the vocal talents of Jason O'Mara, Stuart Allan, David McCallum, and Sean Maher returning as the Batman family.  Joining the crew is Jeremy Sisto, Weird Al Yankovic, Robin Atkin Downes, Peter Onorait, and Grey DeLisle Griffin.

The Court of Owls & Batman fight for Damian's future.

Now they're sort of working together in attempts to make up for lost time, Bruce is still trying to adjust to being an actual parent as well as a father to the latest Robin.  Relying him to lean on Alfred & Dick for actual advice/guidance at times.

Its not often you can introduce a set of new characters in the 75-year old Batman mythos and the audience can still enjoy it.  However, they succeeded and made the Talons and the Court Of Owls really dope. They didn't get as heavy as they did in the comics of course but enough to pique your interest.  The Grand Master of the Owls is present as well as they dive into a brief history of age-old organization.

If you thought Throne Of Atlantis was lacking enough action for you, this one will make up for it.

Don't focus on the title as the fight as it doesn't last long but they really do go at it pretty heavy.  With this one its a lot of fighting involved so don't expect Batman to be lurking in the shadows doing detective work in this one.  This was a much better watch than the last one which was OK.  I would have loved to see them get more into more into the Court Of Owls as it was an awesome great storyline.  Up next on the animated timeline is an Elseworlds tale called Justice League: Gods and Monsters.
