Google-Play-Music-iOS1
This afternoon, Google announced a new tier to their Play Music app w/ a free radio streaming option w/ ads.  This means anyone can just login to Play Music and begin playing one of their cured playlists for free.  As in no paid subscription necessary.

This feature would still allow you to upload up to 50,000 of your own music library to Google Music as well.  But along w/ ads, you have to deal w/ limited skips (6 per hour to be exact) and no offline playback.  Google hope sin using it that you might sign up for their $10 monthly service w/ all of the goodies that come along w/ it.

The new streaming option is available right now on the desktop app or just point your browser to here.  The service will make its way to Android & iOS later this week.  The timing of this couldn’t be more accurate w/ Apple Music just days away from launching.
