I hope everyone sporting Android Wear are enjoying their 5.1 updates. Its definitely the 1st step into being more intuitive. Just when you thought Android Wear couldn’t get any better, it looks like it is. According to the folks over at Phandroid, a new update is on the way to add even cooler features into the mix.
The new update will bring something new to the UI that will allow you to slide to the screen on the right w/ just a single tap. For example in Hangouts, a tap would show the entire conversation that the new message resides in. But the biggest change is that the new update would bring watch-to-watch communication. Similar to the Apple Watch, you would be able to share messages & doodles along w/ stickers, emojis, & photos.
Interesting, right? They have no word as of yet on when the update is set to arrive but I can imagine it might be sometime when Android M goes live w/ the new 2015 Nexus devices.
