We’re getting more evidence that we will the Galaxy Note 5 unveiling sometime next month. We already discussed how they’re looking to get their fall flagship out before the new iPhones make way. According to sources at over at both DigiTimes & SamMobile, we now have a reported announcement & availability date.
Both outlets are saying to expect an unveiling in NYC on August 12th and will become available on August 21st. But that’s not all. Along w/ the Galaxy Note 5, we will also see the Galaxy S6 edge Plus and the official launch of Samsung Pay as well. The rumblings have the Note 5 offering a 5.7inch display, 4GB of RAM, a glass back, and will arrive in 4 colors: Silver, Gold, Black, & White. The S Pen is said to get redesigned to look/feel like an actual pen as it will match the color of handset. The S6 edge Plus is said to offer a dual-curved 5.7inch QHD display, an Exynos CPU, 3GB of RAM, and the same storage options as on the Galaxy S6.
