As a 2nd part of their UnCarrier Amped initiative, T-Mobile announced Mobile Without Borders this morning. This will allows you to utilize free roaming services like calling & data while visiting Canada & Mexico for free.
This is a new feature to be added to their Simple Choice wireless plans and will become available officially on July 15th. This is truly an expansion of T-Mo’s free international data roaming which was already set in place. Mobile w/o Borders now adds 4G LTE data and calling to the mix. Data used while in either of the 2 countries come out of the same data allowance you pay for monthly.
