Lincoln has done it again this year at the 2016 New York Auto Show like they did last year w/ the Continental Concept. Meet the Lincoln Navigator Concept SUV: elegance on a grand scale or the Canyonaro from The Simpsons personified. This might be my personal favorite from the Auto Show this year.
The Navigator Concept is a massive SUV armed w/ Gullwing doors & Concertina Steps (not rails) that layout when the doors open. You've seen vehicles that offer a feature like it but not like this. You have a 3.5 liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine inside to power this beast. On the inside, you have an intercom system for passengers in the 3rd row can talk to those in the front as well as a video chat system to see them too. The seats can adjust in 30 different ways and built-in Wi-Fi. You also have a wardrobe management system in the trunk to keep your clothes, shoes, and such neat while travelling.
The production version of the Navigator is expected to arrive sometime next year but don't expect the gullwing doors to make the final cut. Matter of fact, they definitely won't.
