HTC wanted to make sure that they were not disregarding their mid-level devices. Yesterday, they announced that they’re bringing their previously announced Desire 530, here to the US. Now it won’t offer up high-end specs but doesn’t mean we won’t get a high-end performance.
The Desire 530 will offer up a 5inch 720p Super LCD display, powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 210 CPU, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of storage expandable able up to 2TB via microSD slot, running Android 6.0 w/ Sense UI, BoomSound audio, an f/2.4 8MP camera on the rear, an f/2.8 5MP camera on the front that will offer Auto + Voice Selfie modes, and a 2200 mAh battery.
Available colors will be Blue Lagoon, Sprinkle White, or Stratus White. The 530 will be available later this month for $179 on T-Mobile, Verizon, and HTC.com.
