Remember Google’s Allo messaging app unveiled at I/O this year? Looks like it may finally make its way to the app stores this week. Their other app announced there, Duo, finally hit about a month ago and it soon will have company.
The news of its arrival comes from the man formerly known as EvLeaks, Evan Blass, as he tweeted that Hello, Allo is coming this week. This aligns w/ some of the rumors suggesting a September 21st. I, for one, am looking forward to what Allo is all about.
In case you forgot, Allo is their new messaging app that is tied to your phone number, unlike Hangouts. It will include the standard emojis w/ the addition of Sticker Packs, the option of end-to-end encryption, Google Assistant, and Google’s AI features all within.
