Not to be outdone by Verizon’s new unlimited plan, T-Mobile is going tit for tat by making adjustments to theirs to be more competitive. T-Mo CEO John Legre took to Twitter to ‘hype’ it up a bit before the official press release went out.
So T-Mo’s ONE plan now adds HD video streaming (probably 720p), 10GB of hotspot data for free, unlimited data when in Canada + Mexico, and a 2-line promo as well. Previously, you only had 480p streaming included within your bundle as now you have to hit a toggle to get the better resolution. As well as only had hotspot speeds at 3G instead of the LTE you can do now.
They also undercut VZW by a few bucks in the pricing department. One line will cost you $70 per month and up to 4 lines will cost you $160 per month. All of this while no AutoPay required to take advantage of the promo.
And lastly, T-Mo offers a higher data cap at 28GB per month instead of VZW’s 22GB. So T-Mo subscribers, is this enough to keep you from jumping ship or nah?
