In case you thought DJI was taking a break w/ their drones, guess again. Word has it that they’re working on a newer and even smaller drone. The folks over at TechCrunch got the word on a device smaller than the Mavic Pro called the Spark.
The Spark will be a handheld drone w/ a vertical tilting camera that can act as a selfie drone for photos & videos. This would also put this size drone to be perfect for drone racing which could also be a thing. No word on if it will have foldable arms like on the Mavic or not. Hopefully, the controller will be phone app or something similar to the Mavic’s setup.
With these leaked images already out, we will be on the lookout for an official invite for a DJI event. Who’s looking forward to checking out the DJI Spark when it becomes official?
