Today kicking off IFA 2017, Samsung unveiled 3 new products to join their Gear line. For starters, we have a smaller & more lightweight yet powerful package. It has a 1.2inch Circular Super AMOLED display w/ 360 x 360 resolution + 301ppi, Always-On Display w/ Gorilla Glass 3, powered by dual-core 1GHz CPU, heart-rate monitor, 4GB of storage, 768MB RAM, 300 mAh battery, and 5 ATM water-resistance + military durability. It will retain Samsung Pay support & 20mm swappable straps.
Next up, we have the Gear Fit2 Pro which we already knew was coming. It offers a 1.5inch Curved Super AMOLED display w/ 216 x 432 resolution + 310ppi, powered by a dual-core 1GHz CPU, running Tizen, coming in Small/Large sizes, GPS, heart-rate monitor, 4GB of storage, 512MB of RAM, and a 200 mAh battery. it will offer the same 5 ATM water resistance for swimming like on the Gear Sport.
And lastly, the Gear Icon X 2018 has been updated to do a bit more. It will have an 82 mAh battery for the earbuds & 340 mAh battery for the charging case which gives you up to 7 hours stand alone + 5 hours on Bluetooth w/ a talk time of 4 hours. All w/ a more powerful Dynamic Driver inside.
