So it looks like Amazon is the 1st company looking to get a lit bit more $$ out of you for the new year. So based on the intel from the folks over at ReCode, the price for the monthly Prime is going from $10.99 to $12.99.
So if you are a Prime member that paying monthly membership instead of the annual one, you’re gonna be shelling out more you used to. This is adds up to around an 18% increase that totals up to an extra $24 a year. So instead of adding up to the $132 like it used to, you now wind up shelling out $156 a year.
So definitely not the worse news but not the best from Amazon either. Will this encourage monthly Prime members to just buy out a membership for the year?
