Even though we just got blessed w/ the desktop version of Gmail, Google ain’t done adding stuff to it. This morning, they announced a new Smart Compose feature.
This is an extension of the Smart Reply as Smart Compose will suggest complete sentences within a body of an email as you’re writing. Just like Reply, it works in the background and adds everything from your greeting to your closing and everything in-between. You would just write an email like you would normally and as suggestions pop-up, just hit the ‘Tab’ button to use it.
The Smart Compose feature will roll out to consumers over the next few weeks and for G Suite users over the next few months. Just make sure you have the new Gmail enabled to take advantage of it.
