While we just wrapped up Google I/O 2018 a few short weeks ago and still months away from the new Google phone, we’re already seeing a glimpse of what that might look like.  Based on a recent leak, we see alleged glass panels for the upcoming Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL.

Both the Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL appears to retain the dual front-facing stereo speakers and more camera sensors within the front-facing camera modules.  This may lead to FaceID-like biometric sensor.  The Pixel 3 gets to a more narrow size w/ a 2:1 aspect ratio.  While the Pixel 3 XL gains a (sigh) notch.

Honestly, I’m not totally surprised about the notch but was hoping they didn’t go that way.  I’m happy they kept the speakers too.  Just curious to see what software features will be added along w/ what new tricks to give to their camera.

If these actually becomes the official 3rd-generation Pixel, how do you like it?
