Earlier this week, Google finally made Spanish an officially supported language for Google Assistant on all things Google Home: regular, Mini, & Max.  So no longer just translations or a phrase or two, you can now do everything you would do in English, in Spanish.

This means everything from weather, your day, World Cup scores, playing music, smart home navigation, celebrate birthdays, and more.  To get started, you would just go to the Google Home app, go to menu, hit More Settings, Preferences, and then you make the switch.

Also, the Google Home & Google Home Mini are now available in Mexico as well.  This is a great move for older parents/family members who prefer speaking their native tongue to Google.

Who’s making the switch in your home?

Google
