Earlier this morning, T-Mobile revealed their latest of services coming to their customers as a part of their latest UnCarrier initiative. Instead of one or 2 new things, this time around we got 3 new things to really sweeten being a T-Mo subscriber.
First up is them beefing up their customer service which was once the best many years ago. So instead of being sent to passed around from one customer service agent to another, they thought of a better idea. So now you’ll have a ‘Team Of Experts’ which would be a dedicated group of support reps. So along w/ that, you’ll have reps calling you back, 24/7 support, and messaging to help you solve your issues.
Next up we have a new partnership w/ LiveNation which will give T-Mo customers exclusive tickets as well as discounted $25 lawn tickets. The partnership will also include expedited entry into venues, exclusive concession lines, and T-Mobile branded lawn chairs.
And lastly, T-Mobile customers will get a 1-year subscription for Pandora Plus for free. Pandora Plus is the paid version of the app that offers ad-free music along w/ unlimited skips, replays, personalized stations, and offline listening. Subscribers can claim the offer via the T-Mobile Tuesdays app.
