We're getting closer to the Pixel 3 event as we got more details on a product said to be announced there as well.  Here's our possible 1st look at Google's forthcoming Chrome OS tablet.  Courtesy of About Chromebooks and the Bluetooth keyboard make Brydge.

The 2-in-1 tablet is another form-factor Google is pushing the Chrome OS as we already have the Acer Chromebook Tab 10 out in the market.  This one appears to have a USB-C port, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and dual front-facing speakers.  We're not sure if this could be the new Pixelbook we talked about earlier or a completely different device entirely.

Chrome OS recently got a new update to beef up the touchscreen interface so it could be in preparation for this or routine improvements.  It's not bad looking but I prefer the design/layout of the Pixelbook.  But we'll see who's right & who's wrong in a few short weeks.

Thoughts on the Chrome OS tablet?
