Logitech’s UE Boom series has been dubbed the best Bluetooth speakers in all of the land. There have been a few potential contenders enter the realm but none have really take the crown. A few weeks back the UE brand made it even harder by unveiling the new Boom3 & Megaboom 3 speakers.
So the Boom 3 & Megaboom 3 are still IP67 dust/water-resistant, can float, offer 360-degree sound, and a 150ft Bluetooth range. Now they add a new Magic Button that gives you a one-touch access to your favorite playlists on Apple Music or Deezer, you now have a Play/Pause/Skip track buttons on board, wireless charging via Power Up charging dock, and a new app to allow you to connect up to 150 speakers (including all generations of the Boom & Megaboom speakers), adjust EQ, and more. The Boom3 offers a 15-hour battery life while the Megaboom 3 offers a 20-hour battery life.
Both speakers are out now as the Boom 3 will cost you $150 and the Megaboom 3 will cost you $200. Which is great as the previous generations cost $30-$50 more. The new Power Up wireless charging dock will cost you $40 for those of you interested.
