Well, if you were one of the many using Google’s alternative email app, Inbox, should sit down as there some bad news to share. Google will be killing it off next year so start your countdown timers to the end.
Inbox was Google’s different take on email as they did a lot more fun things that eventually made its way to Gmail. Think of it as Google Assistant within your emails where you could snooze notifications, pre-made replies, add reminders to emails and much more. But as much as it sucks, Inbox we obviously a live beta test of what Gmail could be – in regards to its features.
Google gave its Inbox users 6 months to get their affairs in order before its a wrap. The interesting thing is that not all of Inbox’s dope features made its way to Gmail. Maybe that’s what the last 6 months are for?
