Last night, Razer made the sequel to the 1st phone that coined the phrase, gaming phone, is here.  Say hello to the Razer Phone 2: more power within a similar looking device.  It retains the Nextbit Robin design/body but made more changes this go round.  The new Razer Phone now has a glass back + RGB Razer logo that you can customize the color from 16.8 million options for it to light up for notifications.  

Slightly more powerful than the original but now Razer wants more than just gamers to buy.

Inside you have a 5.7inch QHD 120Hz HDR display, powered by a Snapdragon 845 CPU, 8GB of RAM, 64GB of storage expandable via microSD up to 1TB, a smaller Vapor Cooling Chamber from their Blade 15 laptop to handle overheating, dual front-facing stereo speakers w Dolby Atmos + built-in amps, built-in 24-bit Quad DAC w/ USB-C to 3.5mm dongle, running Android 8.1 w/ Nova Launcher, IP67 dust/water resistant body, dual rear-facing Sony 12MP IMX sensors comprised of a f/1.7 wide angle w/ OIS + f/2.6 telephoto sensor w/ phase detection autofocus, can record 4K video w/ stereo audio, f/2.2 8MP selfie shooter, and a 4000 mAh battery inside wireless charging.  

The Razer Phone 2 will be unlocked and priced at $799.  Pre-orders are effective today as we currently don’t know when the phone will become available just yet.
