If you own the Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL, some or many of you might have endured some issues w/ your device.   One of the issues being sluggish performance or automatic closing of apps.  This is caused by a memory management problem as many people thought it was due to Google’s latest only have 4GB of RAM.  Apparently, that is not the case.

According to the folks over at 9to5Google, the fix via software update is on the way.  They reached out and got clarity on what’s going on and what they plan to do about it.  This update will be apart of the December’s security patch.  This update is aimed to fix the not being able to have more than 2-3 apps open at a time so if you’re hearing/reading about other issues, those will be fixed at a later time.

BTW, our Pixel 3/3 XL review should be up later this week.  So look out for that as you wait for the fix to arrive.
