And you probably thought Night Sight was the only big things coming down from the new Pixels to the old ones. Looks like the best feature on the Pixel 3 (IMHO) is actually coming to the Pixel 2 & Pixel 2 XL.
For the uninitiated, the Call Screen feature allows you to battle the spam bots calling w/ the power of Google Assistant. So when you get calls, you’ll have a 3rd option to Screen the Call. Form there Google Assistant takes the call on your behalf to see what the caller wants. Then you have the option to hear more info, reply w/ a preset response or hang up on them. You can even add their number to a Spam list moving forward. That’s it! Nothing is stored on your phone or any of the call goes to Google’s servers. This is tech actually helping people for once.
