You can’t have a Samsung Unpacked event w/ just new smartphones. According to a new leak, we’re getting yet another smartwatch from Samsung as well as the various models of the Galaxy S10. Based on the findings from 91Mobiles, we’re getting the Galaxy Sport wearable later this month.
So the Galaxy Sport will offer a damn-near bezel less round display, 2 buttons, and what appears to be no rotating bezel this time around. Along w/ that, it will still run Tizen OS, tout 4GB of RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a Bixby Reminder feature, and NFC-based mobile payments. We’re expecting the same or more activity tracking from the last year’s Galaxy Watch.
Now I think they need a big health-related feature to combat the Apple Watch Series 4 or a low price point to be competitive. If not, this just a repacked Galaxy Watch. But I need more info before I can really give my 2 cents.
