Kicking the week off w/ new news, the folks over at DC is bringing their streaming app to a console. The DC Universe app arrive on the Xbox One this month. No surprise as Microsoft prides their gaming console as an entertainment console as well.
This will complement the ability to play Injustice 2 or the Batman Arkham series and then read/watch some DC content. Great timing as the app just added a ton of comics to the service as well as still adding new content monthly. The animated film Justice League vs The Fatal Five is set to arrive as well as Swamp Thing coming soon to the service.
I’m enjoying the service thus far and looking forward to additional original content set to arrive. For those of you looking to give it a shot, the service will cost you $8 monthly or $75 annually. This is after a 7-day trial in case you want to keep the party going.
