We mentioned the larger Macbook Pro set to arrive but now we got a bit more info behind it.  This new news arrives courtesy of an IHS Markit analyst by the way of Forbes.

The bigger laptop is supposed to be redesigned utilizing a new LCD panel from LG  w/a  3072 x 1920 resolution and a new CPU inside – probably the new Core i9 chipset.  The GPU is said to go up to a Radeon Pro Vega 20 w/ 4GB of  memory.  Resolution-wise, this will be a step up from the current 15.4inch display w/ 2880 x 1800 resolution.

The report also suggests that Apple will drop a refreshed 13.3inch Macbook Pro w/ up to 32GB of RAM and a new Retina MacBook Air as well.  Don’t expect the larger MacBook Pro to be reasonably priced either.

Rumors have it starting at around $3,000 so if you’re not already saving, you should get started.
