Google went first and today is Apple’s turn to show off the new software goodies and features coming to their hardware.  WWDC 2019 will update iOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and more out in San Jose, CA.

As far as what to expect:

  • We’re expecting Dark Mode, deeper Siri integration, volume pop-up, a new Home screen and more for iOS 13.
  • We may see Siri shortcuts, Screen Time, Family Sharing, an easier way to iOS apps on the Mac for developers, and the end of iTunes that would lead to Music, Podcast, TV, and Books apps for macOS 10.13.
  • We already got a new TV app  for tvOS so maybe we’ll get actual reasons to get excited for their upcoming TV+ service
  • We’re expecting a new Dose app to remind you to take pills, a new Cycles app for tracking menstrual cycles, new Calculator, Voice memos, and new watchfaces to come to watchOS 6.

Amongst the software news, we may actually get a tease or an unveiling of the long-awaited new modular Mac Pro and a 6K Pro display.

The main keynote kicks off at 1PM EST/10AM PST if you want to watch it live.  Like other Apple events, you can watch it on your Apple products (iPhone, iPad, TV, Mac) as well as Safari browsers, Apple’s event page, and Twitter.

Anything you’re looking forward to or hoping to hear about?
