Looks like Microsoft is getting in on the 2nd half of device announcements for the latter part of the year. Yesterday, Microsoft sent out invites to the press for October 2nd over in NYC for a new Surface products.
Thus far, there isn’t a lot of things to expect from Microsoft. We only know of a dual-screen tablet / laptop hybrids under the codename Centarius. Maybe we’ll actually get a redesigned Surface or even the much-needed USB-C ports on the Surface – for once.
Last year we got the the Surface Pro 6, Surface Laptop 2, Surface Studio 2 and the Surface Headphones. So we’ll see how it all plays out and what goodies will arrive form Microsoft in a few short weeks.
