Yesterday amongst all of the Samsung news, Logitech dropped a new streaming accessory called the StreamCam. I don’t call it a webcam cause this does a lot more along w/ more versatility.
The StreamCam allows you to capture/stream video content in 1080p @60fps. It has automatic auto-focus, adjustable exposure, dual front-facing mics, can be mounted horizontally or vertically to suit your streaming platform, can record audio in stereo or mono, can filter out background noise, can be mounted to a tripod or monitor, and is powered via USB-C to work w/ Windows laptops, MacBooks, & Chromebooks. You can even use this in tandem w/ your Blue Microphone as well.
Covering all bases, Logitech created the perfect entry-level streaming solution w/ this one. The StreamCam is out as of yesterday for $170 and comes in Black or White color options. We’re looking forward to testing it out.
