Looks like we got another automaker jumping into the car subscription plan.  Yesterday, Nissan announced their Nissan Switch plan that will include a variety of models split into 2 plans: Select & Premium.  Let’s dive into all that it entails.

Signing up, you will have to pay a $495 membership activation fee along w/ the 1st month’s subscription fee.  This includes unlimited vehicle switches (up to a new vehicle each day) that includes delivery, cleaning, insurance, roadside assistance, & regular maintenance.  So we have the Select plan is a $699 per month that include the Altima, Rogue, Pathfinder, & Frontier.  While the Premium plan is a $899 per month that includes the electric Leaf Plus, Maxima, Murano, Armada, Titan, & 370 Z coupe.   The GT-R sports car is available on both plans for an extra $100 a day for only 7-day maximum.

Nissan joins the likes of Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Volvo, Cadillac, and Jaguar.  So Nissan’s subscription plan is a little more versatile than the others out on the market.   This looks like this might be the new vision automakers are seeking to make $$$ off of their vehicles.  Not sure if it will stick or not.

Although it is pricey, this will grant you a new Nissan car everyday.  Is this something you think you’d be interested in?
