After being delayed by Covid-19, Apple announced the new date of their WWDC (WorldWide Developers Conference) keynote and its happening on June 22nd @1PM EST. Announced yesterday, it will happen from June 22nd to the 26th.
This is said to be one of the biggest ones yet. We’re expecting to see updates in iOS, iPad OS, watchOS, tvOS, & macOS, the possible announcement of Apple moving to ARM-based CPUs, and something they call ‘The Platforms State of the Union’ to reveal new tools for developers @5PM EST on 6/22.
There will be over 1,000 Apple developers forums happening on 6/18. This will be available to watch on the Apple Developer app & the Apple Developer site as well. Expect to see over 100 engineering sessions & one-on-one appointments w/ Apple engineers starting on the 23rd to the 26th w/ new videos go live at 1PM EST.
So those of you developers or techies looking to know new software Apple has coming, mark your calendars.
