According to the latest rumors, it looks like Samsung will continue to cannibalize the Note line.  I say that due to the leaks of the regular Note being an mid-level S-line w/ an S Pen.  While the high-end Note lives up to the lineage and continues to innovate.

The recent leaks come from the folks over at WinFuture, where we got more specific details on the regular version of the Note 20.  Be prepared to be disappointed or hear what you were expecting to hear.  Alongside 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage w/o microSD support, a triple camera setup (12MP wide/12MP ultra wide/64MP telephoto sensors) on the rear and a 4300 mAh battery, you got a standard 60Hz refresh rate on their 6.7inch 1080p Super AMOLED panel.  The panel on this is actually a step down from the entry-level Galaxy S20.

Keep in mind the Note 20 Ultra will be their monster phone as well as their pricing.  We’re expecting a 6.9inch QHD 120Hz display, powered by Snapdragon 865 CPU, 12GB of RAM, 256GB or 512GB of storage, a triple camera setup (w/ a 108MP main sensor, 13MP telephoto, & 12MP ultra-wide), and at least a 4500 mAh battery.  So keep that in mind when comparing the two.

I get it as Samsung it trying to satisfy everyone at different price points while making $$$ on it all.  But keep in mind that these are only leaks and may or may not be true.  We’ll see for sure on August 5th.
