While the Note 20 might be the star of today’s show, Samsung teased another co-star w/ something we knew was coming: the Galaxy Z Fold 2. This is said to have hella improvements over the original to be more powerful yet passing quality assurance a lot better this go round.
As you can see above, the design language matches that of the Note 20 line. But offer a lot more screen real estate. You got a bigger cover screen when closed at a tall 6.2inch panel and 7.6inch w/ 120Hz refresh rate when opened – both using their Infinity-O displays. They found a way to get rid of the bezel while fixing the hinge. You got a Snapdragon 865+ CPU inside w/ a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and what looks to be the same cameras from the Note 20 not the Note 20 Ultra.
And that is all that they revealed for today w/ more details + specs set to come on September 1st. Despite the lack of information, Samsung is still allowing you pre-order one w/o revealing the pricing for it though.
