Yesterday, Logitech unveiled an update to their ergonomical vertical mouse w/ the new Lift. This is one of their vertical mice that puts your hand at a 57-degree angle to better reduce wrist strain.
You can consider this a simplified version of the $100 MX Vertical as you keep the rubber grip, & most of the functions. The Lift mouse has 2 main buttons, a scroll wheel that offers quiet scrolling, a DPI switching button, 2 thumb buttons, and the option to switch between 3 devices. You don’t have USB-C charging but runs on a single AA battery that can last up to 2 years as per Logitech.
The Lift supports Logitech Flow software where you can use/customize for multiple computers – no matter the OS. You’ll be able to copy/paste files between devices. Of course, you’ll need Logi Options Plus app running on both devices in order to pull it off though.
I know someone who used the MX Vertical and it relied their back pain. Ergonomics is a real and effective thing BTW. Not bad for a $80 mouse, right? It is available now and arrives in graphite, silver, & pink color options.
