Nintendo isn’t done w/ the Switch action either. After unveiling the slightly cheaper & better battery Switch Lite, there is a report of a refreshed OG Switch on the way. Thanks to a recent FCC filing, there is one coming.
New filings show off a new take on the Switch touting a more powerful NVIDIA CPU and faster storage. The current one is powered by an older NVIDIA Tegra X1 from 4 years ago and after being out for 2 years already could make it tough to keep up w/ the newer titles on the way. This could help prevent any possible freezing, hiccups, or Nintendo’s version of the Red Rings of Death.
