Fitbit’s latest Health Coach preview has been available since late last year for Android and made its way to iOS last month. Yesterday, the company announced three new features making their way to the app, which should fill in some of the gaps for a more well-rounded experience.

Fitbit adds a way to log and monitor your monthly periods via Cycle Health, along with personalized cycle insights. Next comes the ability to track and log your moods for deeper insights to understand your body’s response to stress. The results end up in resilience, Fitbit’s updated stress management score. And lastly, users can now log their meals, track their caloric and water intake, and set a calorie target.

The Fitbit app previously added improved sleep tracking and the ability to connect a continuous glucose monitor. You can try the Health Coach as part of a public preview now and can revert to the current version of Fitbit if you don’t care for it. In our review, we found Fitbit’s Health Coach to be a work-in-progress with tons of potential.
