The Samsung Fascinate was the last of the Galaxy S variant to become available and the first to receive an update. While it is not the Android 2.2 everyone may hope for, it’s still here to fix and improve your device. The minor update will bring Fascinate users improvements on Visual Voicemail notifications, syncing between your device and your email accounts, the ability to search while on a phone call, and switch faster to 3G from 1.x (CDMA slow). Be on the lookout for the OTA notification to hit your device so you can accept it.
