Here’s what you need to do: first update or have already updated your Tour to the newest official OS, next you need to have issues with your trackball which I’m sure most of you do, then contact the VZW CSR or hit up a store and after them doing a walkthrough of troubleshooting they can offer you a like new Bold. The reasoning for the Bold is that their distribution centers are supposedly out of the Tour stock and the 5.0.0.732 OS caused more bugs than repairs. The Bold and Tour share the same battery, charger, accessories, etc. so it’s an easy swap. This is NOT guaranteed to work, some of you who may try this may get the short end of the stick and actually receive a refurbished Tour instead of the Bold.
