So starting today, Google Assistant will look a little different. Now, this won’t be a massive UI overhaul as it’s more of a functional one.
The update will give your smartphone an Smart Display look to it.
The new look will offer the best of text and talk along w/ new controls + slider for managing your smart home & smart speakers, a new messaging look, and an overview of your day. You’ll also get larger icons & touch points. Basically, mirroring that of Android Things OS that powers the Smart Displays.
Google Assistant is unifying its look across all devices. Just in time for Google’s Pixel 3 event next week. We’ll be there live giving you all of the news for it all. Who’s looking forward to the new look of it all?
