Verizon is currently throwing one hell of a sale for some of the older Motorola Droids and the HTC Rhyme to help get rid of inventory.   It is actually in the form of two different sales depending on which device you are going for.  If you are interested in the Motorola Droid 3, Droid X2, Samsung Droid Charge, or the HTC Droid Incredible 2; Verizon is offering a Droid Does sale that puts these devices at $9.99 each on contract of course.   The Droid Does sale lasts up until March 12th as it only for new customers, no upgrades on this one.   And the HTC Rhyme is part of VZW’s St. Patrick’s Day sale where new customers can pick this device up for free on contract.   This sale lasts until March 17th.

While these aren’t newest, they are still all-around great Android devices who can definitely get your money’s worth out of them.   I would recommend either the Droid X2 or the Droid Incredible 2 as our picks from this lineup.  Don’t wait too long as you only have a one week to take advantage of these offers.
