Just as many some were starting to get excited about what the 2nd-gen iPhone SE would be like, this new batch of rumors may act as bad news.  This is courtesy of KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo via MacRumors.  The news also offers insight on the other iPhones set to arrive this year.

We already knew that Apple would opt for 3 versions of the iPhone X but now it seems like the iPhone SE 2 might be one of them.  We’re seeing the 2nd-gen 5.8inch iPhone X, a 6.5inch iPhone X Plus, and a 6.1inch iPhone SE 2.  The new SE 2 would have a 6.1inch LCD display over the OLED, no dual camera setup, no 3D Touch, a 2950 mAh battery, and possibly no wireless charging.

With it mirroring the iPhone X more or less, it won’t be the budget-friendly price as the 1st-gen SE.  It is currently rumored for a $700 price point unfortunately.  Bummer as I know many of people were looking forward to it.  But, there is another word that it may or may not even see the light of day so there’s that.

Thoughts on Apple possibly changing the SE for the 2nd-generation?
