Vodafone made it known@MWC that they were set to release an Android device in the near future. Dubbed the HTC Magic, carries the same specs as the G1 except for minus the sliding screen & QWERTY keyboard but is packed with the Cupcake update (video recording, stereo Bluetooth support) that all the current G1 users are waiting for. Rumor has it that this will also be the G2 which is scheduled for summer ’09 release for T-Mo. Time will tell if this the sequel or not.
Sequel to the highly popular Fuze/Touch Pro, comes the Touch Pro 2. Introduced @ the Mobile World Conference along with many other devices, this Pro 2 comes with 528 MHz Qualcomm processor, 3G enabled, Wifi, GPS built-in, 3.2 MP camera with auto focus, 3.6 inch touchscreen with a 480 x 800 screen resolution & zoom bar, adjustable tilt screen (think of the Tilt), 5 row QWERTY keyboard, and Windows Mobile 6.1 with TouchFLO 3D interface. Also introduces a technology called Straight Talk, where the back of the phone is a dedicated conference phone and loudspeaker with noise-cancelling microphone.

Everyone who is a fan of the 1st version should love the sequel.
