It’s here. The 1st 8MP camera phone provided via carrier in the US. The T-Mobile Samsung Memoir is available now for purchase. It’ll run you $249.99 with a new 2 year contract. In a nutshell it’s a Behold with 3 more megapixels. To get more specific with the specs, the Memoir has a 8MP camera with a Xenon flash, smile/face detection, 3G speeds, (no Wifi), GPS built-in (Telenav support), touchscreen with Samsung’s TouchWiz interface. Other than the lame interface (which turned me off with the Behold), if anyone is due 4 an upgrade & is into touchscreen devices. The Memoir could be for you.
